I have contacted Istuti Srivatsava on LinkedIn to know about opportunities in TEK Systems for Banglore Location. She has responded very quickly and contacted me to provide me a brief description about TEK Systems, Job role and Expectations. From there on, she was very proactive in scheduling the interview rounds with the client in very short span of time. She has followed up with the interview panel to provide me a detail feedback after each and every round, which helped me to prepare accordingly.
The overall process, from scheduling to receiving feedback, was very well-structured and organized. Before the client interview, a brief overview was provided, including important details about the client, the job description, and information about the interview panel members. This preparation made the entire experience smooth and efficient.

Past scenario where faced difficulty in process and overcome process
The interview process was informal and over the phone. The recruiter asked questions based on the contract work. Having decent banter seemed to help and the contract was reviewed. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Teksystems has a really good interview process. Caroline was the hiring manager and she was very kind enough to explain the process of the interview, company information in detail for better clarity in the initial screening itself which created a positive impact. And I was always notified on each process of the interview. She was very transparent and kind on each stage.
