There is a recruiter that represented me and a recruiter that represented the client. They both worked closely together to prep and respond to my interviews. It was a benefit to have that much representation for me and the clients they supported.

I recently went through the TEKsystems interview process and got selected.
The experience was smooth and professionally handled. Recruiter side M/s Neha Jain was very responsive and transparent about the stages.
The process involved:
Initial screening — Focus on profile fit, communication, and current role.
Technical/Program management round — Scenario-based questions on Agile, stakeholder handling, risk management, and digital program execution.
Client discussion — More about delivery ownership, KPIs, and leadership alignment.
Overall, the interviews were structured and conversational rather than stressful.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and emphasized real-world project management and delivery mindset over textbook answers.
Tip: Be ready to discuss your past project outcomes, digital transformation exposure, and stakeholder management cases.
