I had a great interview process with Tek. They found me through LinkedIn and their recruiter first reached out to me. After a few discussions with them, she thought I would be a great fit for the job and scheduled some time with the hiring Director. We had a few great discussions and I thought the job and company sounded awesome. In the end I decided not to take the job mainly because I was not ready to make a change. I would 100% reach out to them again when I was ready to make a change. Their culture and direction seem awesome!
