The interview process was really fast. I applied on a Friday and I received a phone call the next Monday. After some simple questions the recruiter set an interview with the store manager.
The manager was very nice through the whole interview.

What would you do if you have a customer waiting on line while you are helping other customer?
The interview process is very easy and fast. You will be interviewing with the head management team and required to answer questions and past work role experience. After being interviewed it will take up to 24 hours until they respond to you and let you know if you were hired or not.

You have to be very happy, energetic and approachable. It's just as any other interview process but they pick people according to their energy so body language, smiling, seeming interested and basically they want to see how you would interact with the customer based on the interview.

Entrevista
Interviewed me as if it was for a sales position. The job is a sales position. I was asked my schedule and basic other things. It was very simple. Took about an hour. Not very formal.
