First got an online personality assessment. After two days got a call from HR to set up a telephone interview. The telephone interview is about 30 mins. The HR was like rush to wrap up everything and feels like she's just reading a question list and don't care what I'm saying. After four days I contact her and got the result.

Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
