Telephone Interview: Included standard questions such as walking the interviewer through the resume, describing strengths and weaknesses, indicating levels of skill on using certain tools, and other administrative questions like periods of notice and expected remuneration. In-person interview: First half of the interview was with direct manager. Standard questions asking about skills in teamwork. Question that I struggled with was about the finance aspects (I was an accounting major), and I believe this ultimately led to me being crossed off the list. Second half of the interview was with a more senior manager. Questions included why I wanted to work for TD, my goals for the future, etc.
