Pretty easy interview. Started with online assessment and was followed by a phone interview. Majority of questions were behavioural and emphasized importance of customer service. Asked about customer service and how its important to you. Also asked some basic stuff from the Canadian SEcurities Course. General Behaviour Questions were also asked

What experiences have you had in dealing with a problem with a team
Phone screening with HR first, and then second round with branch manager. Phone screening is about 30 mins, and in person interview for about an hour. All standard questions.the whole process took about two weeks
