Two interviews related to HR and technical followed by the interview with Senior manager. The process was very spontaneous and smooth, enbled by the HR department of the company. The promptness of the team in organizing further rounds mae the process seamless.

The difficulties I had faced and how I reacted to them
The interview process includes Case Study Questions, behavior questions, and some technical questions. It wasn't easy and had many parts to each question. I would recommend taking a couple hours studying.
They first started with a Phone interview which was 15 minutes. Asked basic questions like why did you apply for this role, and asked for the best customer service time, then got invited for in person interview 1.5 hours. Said it was one round only.

1. phone interview- BQ questions 2. team member interview-technical +BQ 3. Manager interview-technical + BQ almost basic questions and hiring managers are quite nice. communication is more important. Provide examples when you answer the questions.
