Entrevista
The interviewers had kept their video off and they seemed to be asking questions from a questionnaire and ticking it off. Interviewer seemed inexperienced and made candidate uncomfortable by taking silent pause after each question a short feedback or correct answer is appreciated if candidate answers question incorrectly. Answers which are different from the standard answers were not appreciated. Most Questions were very theoretical and not practical in nature

Entrevista
I attended a TD interview on 6-jul-2021. Resume was already provided to the team before the interview. After asking all technical questions - The comment from employer was "you work as a qa manager" - "you don't do hands on". When I informed that I was QA Lead until last year. The comment was "Lead also don't do hands on work". I work in a company where even director do "hands on" work. It was mentioned in the meeting that the vendor is not working. The interview was just conducted to insult and humiliate ppl who come for the interview. There were 3 ppl with different skill set to take the interview. Let me provide some facts which needs to be considered for every TD interview - 1. QA Leads do hands on. Even Managers and Directors do. Just in case it doesn't happen in your company - it might not be the case with other companies.
2. It is not any vendor responsibility that work needs to be done. You represent your team. It is your responsibility as well. If you want to tell bad about any vendor or your team - it shouldn't be in the interview.
3. There were 3 people with 3 skill sets to interview one resource. If you are expecting one resource to have all skill sets of 3 people in the bank - might be that shows the efficiency of the bank employees itself.
