The interview process started with a phone interview which was very basic to a 1on1 within 2 weeks of the initial phone interview. As long as you have call center experience you're good to go.

Applied online then heard back within about a week. Went through the first interview online (Teams/Zoom). I didn't hear back for a week, I sent a follow up email and left a voice message via phone and never heard back, I pretty much got completely ghosted.
