Entrevista
First step of the process including a phone screening with a recruiting company who submitted by resume for the IT BA role at TD Canada. After the initial phone screen, I was called into an hour interview which consisted of 30 mins of speaking with the hiring manager about my prior experience and documentation skills and 30 mins of a BA aptitude test which included exercises on basic excel and SQL queries. Initially hiring was supposed to occur after the first round of interviews but the hiring manager requested a second interview before she makes her final decision.

All the questions were fairly simple. The hiring manager really didn't ask me too many questions however one of the SQL query exercises on the aptitude test included writing a mathematical query which I was not familiar with.

Telephone Interview from HR department.
Took about fifteen minutes. Fairly relaxed. No specific technical questions just general questions about experience and skills.
Was informed that it is a pre-screen interview with a potential follow up. Friendly and candid interviewer. Also asked me about the state of my applications with other companies.

It was straight forward. They asked questions relating to the job role and my past experience. Various situations that a IT BA might face and how I would tackle them. Know how about the software used at the workplace for an IT BA role.
