Entrevista
Applied back in October and was not contacted until January. A brief 20 minute phone call then was contacted 2 days later for a video interview. The woman on the phone was nice and asked a few questions from a sheet and then told me what would happen next if i was contacted.

The interview process includes Case Study Questions, behavior questions, and some technical questions. It wasn't easy and had many parts to each question. I would recommend taking a couple hours studying.
They first started with a Phone interview which was 15 minutes. Asked basic questions like why did you apply for this role, and asked for the best customer service time, then got invited for in person interview 1.5 hours. Said it was one round only.

1. phone interview- BQ questions 2. team member interview-technical +BQ 3. Manager interview-technical + BQ almost basic questions and hiring managers are quite nice. communication is more important. Provide examples when you answer the questions.
