HR needs better skills in finding people qualified, but the bank is growing so fast that a lot of people are considered with no banking experience, which can ultimately hurt the team if not careful.

I was contacted by a recruiter about a Store Supervisor position I applied for. She set up a time and then ghosted. She never called. I emailed her and zero response after four days. I think I'll move my accounts to another bank.

Entrevista
Interviews are fun and innovating. They explain the culture of the company in depth. TD is quite different and "bubbly". Even in the interview that is highly expressed. They interview process was not intense but much more relaxed and inviting.
