had forwarded my resume after connecting to one senior recruiter. got personal assessment done. during telephone interview i was told it is a 15 hrs per week temp job even though i have 7.2 years of banking experience and excellent in English. felt bad when they offered 15hrs per week job.. interview went well. no response for a week. Sent an email to confirm my application status. was replied aft a day saying -, the branch has decided to move forward with another candidate who had more experience. i didnt know a csr job required more than 7 years of banking experience for a temp job. i have requested for a feedback.. havent heard back . I could have understood if i was rejected on basis of over qualification.. but this is pure unprofessional behavior from staff of a big bank like TD
