I appeared for Decimal’s interview process. The Online Assessment had challenging aptitude and two coding problems—one based on greedy logic, the other on dynamic programming. Time management was crucial. In the technical round, I was asked about my past projects, data structures, and real-world problem-solving. Python was the preferred language. They also gave scenario-based questions to test practical thinking. HR round was relaxed, focusing on my motivation, company knowledge, and future goals. Overall, the experience was intense but fair, with a strong emphasis on coding skills and logical thinking.

They are very polite and will tell you to introduce first. Just go through your technical skills in the introduction itself. And then they started technical question. They themself will tell if the answer was satisfying or not. At last you should ask question to them.
