I got a call from a consultancy for the job position at Tata Elxsi. They scheduled the interview and there were 20+ people and all were asked to come at the same time. No proper planning was done. I was selected for the job position but the offer was made after 2 months, I asked the HR multiple times, she said it is a on roll position, on the day of joining she says it is a consultant job for a year and based on performance, I will be converted.
