Today is Sunday 10-12-17, TASC and Etisalat conducted interviews in hyderabad, They called the Software guys for the interview. Microsoft.Net, java, Mobile Development,Hadoop etc.. guys came for interview from different locations like Bangalore, Chennai etc.. I have waited for 6 hours for the interview. I am waiting outside the guys who has done the interview are coming out and i asked what was they asking.. They are telling asking general questions about project.. And i saw only one guy is doing all the interviews for .Net,Java, Hadoop etc... all technologies.. When my turn come he saw my resume and told me that my experience on these technologies are not useful and he told this development will stop in 3-5 years. Guys you know my resume consists of WebApi, TDD,BDD, Angularjs, Angular2/4.. By seeing these technologies he told that, and I am shocked about this.. he told now only ETL tools are more useful for this. And i about to ask him the question, with out front end how he will get the data to Database and how he is expecting the data.. And now the turn is about the projects.. He asked what projects you have worked.. And that enough.. And he rejected me... What a funny interview i faced in my life i have wasted around 8 hours for attending the interview.. the interview expected ETL guys and he is shortlist only those.. And i don't know why TASC has shortlisted all the people from Different platform.. Please guys don't waste others time.. TASC don't know what his client wants.. First do the background work with your client and start sending mails to the job seekers..
