One phone screen led to five Zoom interviews, each lasting 30 minutes with different employers. Following that, I had in-person interviews with four employers, which lasted two hours each. The Zoom interviews were frequently rescheduled, leading to some miscommunication. Although I was given a date to hear back from them, I had to reach out directly for an answer. After following up with an email, I was informed that another candidate was chosen. During the Zoom interview with the director, it was mentioned that there were numerous internal applicants, which led me to believe I wouldn't get the job. After investing so much time in the interview process, including a total of ten interviews, I was disappointed to not receive an offer.
