Applied to multiple jobs; screened by recruiter for experiences and references; met with hiring manager for 30 minutes; met with small team and hiring manager for an hour where they asked about experiences and type of work you enjoy doing; hiring manager provided feedback after the interview about strengths and weaknesses of interview process and answers.

Phone screen followed by the Panel interview. Interview was very informal. Most of the questions are random based on the role. There is nothing much to talk about as the interview questions are most of the time role specific. So, questions are asked from the job descriptions. Questions were structured to test both analytical and business skills.
