Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en T-Mobile
Entrevista
Role had been open for 9 months. Two phone interviews. First with recruiter, then with hiring manager. First day of in person, interview blocks with 8 people, teamed up in doubles; each lasting 30-45 min. Bring water and make yourself aware of facilities, not much time between. Last in person was with hiring manager over lunch. Second day of in person was with 3 VPs and hiring manager again. Each lasting at least 30 min.

Generally, the interview process is straight forward. But after you interview it takes way too long to receive an offer (or rejection). A phone screen or two to begin, then several interviews on site. For me, it was 7 interviews in 1 day.

Phone Interview - HR (60 mins)
Phone Interview - Hiring Manager (60-75 mins)
Consecutive 1:1 Interviews - 5 Directors including Hiring Manager (60-70 mins each x 5)
It was a travel interview and T-Mobile shouldered all the travel expenses, which was appreciated. Disappointed not to have gotten an offer though they said "it was close" it felt the hiring manager already had his decision made even before the interview - and just wanted to go through the process for validation. Met smart, motivated, and professional employees and it was overall a positive experience. Recruitment manager was very sincere and helpful throughout the process.
