I submitted CV via the internet on the company site after reading about it on a job board. I was contacted by a member of the HR department via phone after 4 weeks. I was sent an invitation to interview at the company location on the next day. I met directly with the hiring manager who would be my supervisor and a member of the team for one full hour.
