I got a phone call from the T-mobile manager and was screened on my knowledge. Next the recruiter called me to let me know i have a face-to-face interview the next day.

Entrevista
Was interviewed by two managers, very friendly and polite, which helped me relax a bit during the interview session. It was a 30 min online interview and asked the typical behavioral questions.
more questions about previous employment and soft skills. First interview was with the recruiter, followed up with manager and then finally with the team. Some of the technical questions were about networking stuff that is covered in the comptia A+ exam.(routers, switches, servers, vpn)
