A computerized test proceeds the interview. The interview itself is slightly technical but very easy. Their main concern is with your customer service skills. Make sure to use the buzz-words "empathy, concern, and confidence" when speaking with them. This job is less so about technical know how and more so about your ability to relate to our customers and speak with them

Standard behavioral interview. The first step was an internet skills exam, followed by a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was called in for an in person interview. I was then offered a job less than a week after the in person interview. I do recall having to go through a background check, to verify my education and past addresses (I think). I recall there was some delay in completing this background check, but it wasn't a terribly long delay -- maybe 10 days.
