Having an individual face-to-face interview with a manager. The manager has a standard set of questions to ask, but the conversation is casual and relax. A very nice chat with the interviewer.

Can you tell me a time that you've done something wrong and how you learn from it?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
