The interview took more than three hours. First, I was interviewed by a Japanese HR to check my Nihongo skill. Second round of interview was with a senior engineer who seemed like he did not want to talk to me. He had a laptop with him and he was looking at the laptop most of the time while interviewing me. The last round of interview was with the African guy, I think he is the SDM. He discussed about the company, career paths etc and it took more than 2 hours. He seemed to be a nice guy. He told me that they will tell me the interview result after 3 working days. I waited for one week and heard nothing from them. I tried to follow up the result and told to wait another 5 days and after 5 days heard nothing from them so I tried calling them but they were not picking up. I tried to e-mail them and they replied that they will get in touch after 5 days. More than a month passed and still not a single word from them. Why can't they just tell applicants that they did not pass the interview instead of telling them to wait over and over again. These people are so unprofessional. I would not want to work in this kind of organization.
