I received a message on LinkedIn from the VP of Talent Acquisition who asked if I'd be interested in interviewing for a position that is not advertised publicly yet.
Because of my relevant experience they felt they should reach out to me.
I said I would be interested and was told someone would be in touch. Later I received an email from a co-coordinator who asked me for my availability and then went off the radar.
I decided to call 3 days later after my emails were not replied to, and they assigned someone else to me.
I had the call with no Job Spec provided. At the end of the call I asked the interview:

Based on what you have rad and heard about me, do you think I am a good fit for SEI culture and the position? - They said Yes very enthusiastically.
I agreed to move forward. The next week I received a letter explaining that I would not be a good fit for the company.
