Entrevista
The whole process took about 2 months. First a phone interview with job content, salary expectations and so on. Then two on-site interviews, and a phone call with the offer. The on-site interviews focused on the job, and common scenarios, as well as how they would be solved by me. Recruiter and company was very professional and friendly all the way through the process.

How would you use X technology, and how does it compare to Y and Z technology. Examples of problem solving skills in your former jobs.
Phone call plus on site interview. After that, there was another call where we discussed about the details about the project and salary expectation as well as starting date.
Recruiters have been professional and friendly at the same time.
