This company is very unorganized; I applied online, contacted by a Sysco recruiter to complete assessments and scheduled a call with the area manager. The call went well with the area manager but disappointed to find out the position was out of my area. The recruiter sent my info to an area 3 hours from me!! When I reached back out to the recruiter she was so confused. So fast forward a few months I see the city closest to me has an opening so I applied again, completed the assessment. The next day the put the position on hold.

First part was over the phone, which is a get to know you and basics about the role. If selected to move on, you are invited to an in-person interview with 3 DSM.

short not really in dept had human resource screen then talk with manager. Seems like they like to have you take tests to see if you are good with math and accounting.
