1) Typical Phone Screen. 2) Personality Test. 3) Face 2 Face with a Manager. You will make $50k training base, and that dwindles until you are on 100% comm. No phone, car or mileage allowance here will make it tough to find good reps.

All easy questions. This is a turn and burn type sales hunter role, so show them your agressiveness.
3 Step process. Met with recruiter, then the district manager, and after that the head of sales. It was a pretty straightforward process, asked about previous experience and how it relates to this role.
