Contacted by VP of Operations via email from an employee referral, took the SQL skills test (must have basic SQL knowledge & in-depth knowledge is a plus), had an in-person interview the following week with VP of Operations (lasted an hour, personality based interview questions), and had a final group interview with two Project Managers and a Client Services Engineer the week after (lasted an hour and a half, work/school experience based questions, be familiar with the company and its products)

Entrevista
I was contacted by a third party recruiter for this position at Synthesis. I first interviewed with the recruiter, and he administered a SQL test. My second interview was with the VP of Operations, and my third interview was with two Project Managers. The interview process was quick and efficient; it went by smoothly. Everyone I met with was very professional and down to earth.
