Although I didn’t receive an offer in the end, I had an excellent experience throughout the entire recruitment process. The process started with an initial conversation with the recruiter, who was always very responsive, helpful, and supportive from start to finish. I then had a second interview with a team leader where we discussed my background and experience in more depth, followed by a coding challenge, and finally, one last interview. What truly stood out to me — and what made my experience with Synthesia one of the best so far — was the time and care they put into providing constructive feedback, even after the process had finished. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and encouraging so my overall experience was very positive.
