There is very little structure to the interview process. It’s just meeting with a recruiter, hiring manager, and a few team members. They do not seem to have a consistent rubric to pull questions or conversation topics from…making it feel like a grouping of somewhat random conversations. My advice: jump in and take the lead to ensure you get the answers you need to make your decision to determine if it’s the right job and company for you. If you depend on the current Synopsys interview process…you will NOT learn anything about the company, its culture, or your specific job responsibilities.
