The interview process was okay. The hiring manager himself was not there for onsite interview. Instead another senior director came in for the interview. My resume was crystal clear and both the hiring manager and project manager both phone interviewed me and invited me for onsite interview. People were very friendly and respectful.

It was a non technical interview. The senior director was testing me if I know basics of SDLC. Do I know Java ( I don’t and my resume also showed the same). If I have worked on REST API.
