Il processo di selezione si è svolto in due fasi. Il primo colloquio è stato con l'HR manager e verteva principalmente su domande generali riguardo alle esperienze lavorative passate e allo stack tecnologico utilizzato. Il secondo colloquio era di natura tecnica con il manager del team. Durante i colloqui sono state discusse la composizione dell'attuale team di lavoro e le versioni di Angular utilizzate in azienda.
Interviewer was incredibly rude. Almost yelled at me when I took a second too long to share my screen. While presenting a project she asked me a hyper specific question about the angle in one of my measurements, which I explained was trivial to the overall design and was not measured (This was a school project). She kept repeating the same question and I had no idea what to do aside from repeat my answer telling her we never measured that angle. I was asked a question about how I would code through a problem, I started explaining the logic behind how I would code, and she cut me off, almost yelling about how I should have started with an If statement, essentially all she wanted to know was the syntax I would use and not the thinking behind the question.

it was three rounds 1 st round was online test ( core subjects (ECE) , aptitude ) , followed by two interviews( technical), 1st round and 2 nd round was testing concepts of MOSFET and knowledge of Low power vlsi design , power optimization
