Most of the interview revolved around people skills. I think that made sense as they had the opportunities to review technical capabilities through resumes. Also, I found that given it was a scientist position, they focused on leadership skills, team management skills as well. Overall, the interview was good. It focused more in finding the strength in me rather than somebody trying to find weakness.
