Entrevista
First Round with the Senior Associate. Was asked technical questions. Cleared this Round. Second Round with the Associate Director. Interview ended only for 8 minutes with all the HR Questions like Reason for switch, current job role, etc. being asked. No Technical Questions were asked. Suprisingly got rejected after this round. No Clear Basis of Rejection. Completely messed up process. Interviews rescheduled multiple times.
Advice for the Candidates: DONOT get desparate for this company. Completely messed up HR Policies in place. There are much better companies in this country. You will surely find one.

Structured process with interviews at every level. Further, there is not much overlap in questions asked in every round which shows that the interview process is well thought. Also, relevant questions asked and not everything under the sun. Usually 2-3 rounds of interview before final call.

I had 4 rounds of interviews. These Included, HR, basics of accounting and finance, project finance financial modelling and fitment with the company.
Overall pretty basic questions requiring analytical thinking and presence of mind
