There was a phone interview then a coding assessment. They first explained what their company is about then they planned a over the phone skill assessment and at home coding assessment.
They don't have a position for you. In the phone screen the person specifically said they will find talents to work at big companies or enroll you in their training program. If you are strong enough to apply to apple, facebook just apply to them directly. They just trying to sell you their training program.

Beware! They are trying to sell you their training program. A program that is 4 months long for $30K. 10K upfront and 20K once you are placed into a job. It seems unethical to post a "job" on glassdoor that requires a 10k investment.
