First round is technical
Second round is client technical round
Third round is HR
It is very smooth and user-friendly process happens at Synechron
All HR's are very helpful

1st round is technical round
2nd round is managerial
3rd round is client round
In all these rounds interview will be moderate and can be crack through it. Also client round is important, and you must clear client round

Interview was average difficulty, There were 2 rounds, One was internal and another was client round. There are some chances to have three rounds also.
Quick interview process. Tech nical inter view questions and needs the in depth knowledge based in the level. Quick process and supportive hr. Whole process took 2 week of time
