Unprofessional, no introductions no interactions with the candidate. For the entire one hour slot was just asked to share a notebook and write codes for one after another problems as a live coding exercise where 3 interviewers were looking over the shoulder. Questions around the problem were not being clarified just asked to write whatever you think, again no interactions just 3 interviewers looking coldly over your shoulder. Have given many interviews that had live coding exercise but never faced such an unprofessional panel.

One hour of live coding with ambiguous problems and 3 people looking coldly over the shoulder. No other interactions or questions.
HR reached out to me for a “brief conversation,” then stood me up for the first appointment. I sent him an email and he told me he forgot the appointment! Whoa.
Ok I gave him the second try and tried to set up a phone convo again. He never got back to me.
I followed up next week. He said my email went to spam.
I’m left with a disgusting taste. Needless to say I’m no longer interested
