All the interviewers are technically sound. Everything is smooth and very quick unlike many other companies. Will just take a week to get the offer

in 2nd round technical skills are assessed.
in 3rd slightly tougher level knowledge are checked.
4th is managerial round which discusses about your work and how you will fit into roles
