      Entrevista

      The interview process started back in early April. I was contacted by HR about a role. She was knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered as well as providing me with helpful interview links about the company and role. My first interview was with a Senior Director, and of course he had to ask the hard questions..it was an interview! However, he was kind and explained the role and the expectations for the role. He also gave me feedback that I really appreciated, because a lot of interviewees will not do that. My second interview was with a Solutions Architect, he was very knowledgeable and gave me valuable feedback as well as making sure all my questions was answered . My third interview was with the Director of Operations, he went in depth about the role, and what Synack is doing in the transition and why! ..."Think Scalable and Automation" My fourth interview was with a Director of Sales, he explained his role and interviewed me on my interest in Synack and the role. He had a lot of energy like the Solution Architect and the Director of Operations I previously interviewed with. I can tell that everyone worked very hard and loved what they were contributing to move the needle forward. My fifth interview was with an HRBR, she explained how she collaborates with a lot of different departments as well as breaking down her role. She emphasized that the company focusing on Scalability/Automation and Repeatable Sustainability Her face lit up when she spoke on the growth, opportunity, inclusion, and diversity with Synack. The good thing is that the interview process never got dull are hit a snag. All of the interviewees had something different to add or a different style of questioning which gave me a unique positive interview experience. My sixth interview was with the COO, I was not intimidated or nervous, because in my previous roles as an account manager and sales executive, I would have meetings with C-level managers all the way up to the CEO. Therefore, I felt comfortable interviewing with the COO, he focused in on my resume and asked some questions about my experience and education, and how it related to the role I was seeking. He wanted to know who I had interviewed with previously, and he inquired about what I knew about the role. He was kind and straightforward about the role having a quota and it being a very important role for the organization. He also spoke about the growth and having to nearly double his workforce. Those are all excellent indicators to me that this is a company I want to work for. The interview process for me was a positive journey. I enjoyed interviewing with each and every interviewee. I appreciate the fact that Syncak takes the time to make sure that the candidate is a true fit. In addition, the candidate is able to make an informed decision on whether they feel they are a good fit for the organization.
