There was 3-step interview. 1st was with recruiter. Even though, I did not do well enough, I felt that the recruiter already decided to move forward even before the interview process. 2nd was with hiring manager. The manager was very soft-spoken, so I felt a lot of ease. 3rd was with the team. This step is more of meeting the team members and get to know each other. I had an anxiety and messed it up, probably due to the fact that I underprepared.
