Two voice interviews as initial screening. First with HR and second with team member. Was invited for face-to-face interview after second phone screen. Face-to-face was 3 days later followed by a phone call to firm up compensation.

Lots of questions on how I'd deal with a schedule or requirements change. First contact was mainly personality screening and details on benefits. Second interview was primarily technical with some problem solving questions. Face-to-face was mostly seeing how I work with other. Offer came 2 days later.
