Me postulé en persona. Acudí a una entrevista en Swoon (Chicago, IL)

Great recruiter. Quick feedback. Simple 3 round interview process. Seems more of a full desk recruiter job instead of business development focused (looking for someone to take initiative and make their recruiters more successful, which is the job of a recruiting manager not BDM)

Why did I move to my current city? (My answer yielded negative feedback - not sure why this matters)

Meet with recruiter virtually
Speak with team lead virtually
Onsite with team
Meet with leadership board for panel interview
The process was very quick, and Julia would check in during so I felt prepped for each call. They walk you through their ramp up program, your goals, and everything pretty well. The only reason I stopped mid process was due to the open concept office setup in a wework space. I didn’t feel a switch would be secure and that I could thrive in such a tight space.

How would you ensure you meet you KPI goals? ( visits booked, orders brought in, interviews with client, etc.)
Recruiter not engaged fully during the interview process. Seems to be a pyramid scheme type position. It was virtual and convenient. Friendly interview. It was a typical one. Nothing special or difficult. Don't know why glassdoor needs 30 words.
