I went through 3 interviews total. The first two went well and on the third I was told that they would move me on with the person who makes the final decision. Never heard back. I followed up with an email, but was ghosted by the whole team. Now I understand if it was just a first round interview and I don't hear anything back from them, but going through 2 phone screenings & 1 interview with a powerpoint presentation and then not hearing back from anyone is just plain rude. So much for great communication that was talked about during these 3 interviews.
