Applied online through the online OCR procedure at my university. They only required a resume. Was contacted about a week later with an interview offer. During the interview the two people interviewing me sat very close in order to make a more intimate setting. (Make sure to look them in the eyes while you're speaking) They were nice and our time ran out quickly - only 30 minutes.
