Simple phone screen interview, all the questions were straight forward and it was a getting to know you sort of thing. Asked about a project I'd worked on, why I was interested in the company, etc. Fairly predictable and straightforward questions. I was surprised when, based off of that, I was told I was not being considered for a second more technical interview.
