The interview is by phone. I set an interview time and date up after completing my online application. She called on that date and time, and we spoke for close to an hour. I was then given access to a website to fill in some information and have my computer and internet speed tested. I was called about 2 days later and offered the position. The biggest waiting period was to actually start training. I could not start that for almost a month.

I applied at Swiss Colony because it wa the only company hiring at the time. I went into their offices and filled out the application on paper, then redid the application on a computer and completed a small assessment, then it was a tour of the facility before I sat down with someone for the official interview with what I thought was a Human Resources employee but later found out it was a CSR like myself, after the interview I was told that I'd hear from them shortly and it was weeks before I heard from them. Then I was told it would be 6 weeks before I would start the position.
