I was already a current employee doing compliance work . the company loves to promote from within. The interview was done over the phone since headquarters is in a different state then where I was stationed . I did a separate interview with the terminal manager and he also forwarded his results to leadership in our HQ.

Entrevista
After applying online, i was scheduled for a phone interview with area manager, which lasted approximately one hour. We discussed my qualifications as well as the duties of the position. After moving forward in the process, I then had an interview with terminal manager.
