What a waste of my time! My interview with Swift was the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever attended. During the course of the hour long meeting, I was asked approximately 3-5 questions about myself. The rest of the interview was filled with the supervisor complaining about his department (and IT as a whole) and how poorly they operated, citing their use of unapproved freeware software and major lack of interdepartmental communication as sticking points. At the end, I asked to be taken for a short tour around the office space, which appeared extremely outdated and depressing (despite how nicely the front lobby was presented). I’m somewhat grateful that I didn’t receive an offer or any further communications from Swift. If you are an IT professional with any sort of self-respect, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
